so i have worked for Starbucks on and off for the past 4 years! i love the job and i have met so many amazing people while working…the biggest problem i have seen lately is that people aren’t trained the right way. I get a pretty simple drink but when i go to the store by my house they get it wrong more then half the time.. what the heck?
Can someone train people to mix the white mocha with the espresso and read a cup and actually put soy milk in the drink and not regular milk. Someone could be super allergic to it..This really bothers me! I dont know how to get it across to people.
Also when you are talking to me while i m at the register lets try not to say “fuck” who the heck thinks it is okay to say the word “fuck” to a customer while you are working and other customers can hear I almost called her out on it but i was just not in the mood.
lets get some better training people.
